Sliding glass doors open to the lanai while jalousie windows open to admit the ocean breeze. A sectional and barcalounger offer ample seating. An expandable dining table sits adjacent to the windows for private sunset dining.

Step off the lanai onto the landscaped lawn, which contains a convenient outdoor shower. Four steps off the lawn lays the famous white sand of one of Maui's finest beaches, Kamaole I (Charley Young Beach).

Even cooking is fun here. The view from the kitchen can't be beat and with the open floor plan, the cook is never alone in the kitchen.

Granite counter tops, tumbled marble floors, a subzero refrigerator, new stove and microwave, and dishwasher drawers give the chef all the right tools. Frankoma pottery and a full complement of stemware and serving pieces finish this functional kitchen. An electric grill for barbequing is found on the lanai.

The second bedroom is borrowed from one end of the spacious living room Hawaiian style by linked Japanese Shoji panels. There is a bronze and clear mirrored palm tree on the face of the wall bed and mirrored walls adjacent to reflect the ocean view. When not in use as a bedroom, we use the space as a dining room.

When enclosed the second bedroom contains its own set of sliding glass doors with access to the lanai and gorgeous beach/ocean views. There are new shoji screens on the closet and the queen size wall bed has excellent quality mattress and box springs as well as built-in cabinets with reading lights and electric plugs.

Directly off the master bedroom is a private lanai with waterfall and Koi pond - beautifully landscaped and perfect for quiet reflection.
